Benefits Secured. Essential Skills (EST) (26 Weeks) Participants who want help with their literacy and/or numeracy and leading to a recognised qualification. With this option benefits are secure plus an extra £10 per week. The above are made up of 4 days per week work placement and 1 day per week in-centre training. Voluntary Sector Option (13 Weeks) Focus on Work Experience and Jobsearch. The above option is made up of 5 days per week work placement. New Deal for Lone Parents (13 or 26 weeks) New Deal for Lone Parents is a voluntary option to assist lone parents who wish to find work. Assistance is available for travel and childcare costs, and a varied range of Training Courses are on offer. Our experienced staff will assess and monitor your placement and progress in your chosen option and offer any assistance necessary. Our Placements include: CARETAKING RETAIL HORTICULTURE CATERING ADMINISTRATION Training Options for 25+ year olds Education and Training Option (ETO) (26 Weeks) Work towards units of a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) In your chosen area.
